Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month? You can find nutritious recipes in these cookbooks that we have recently added to our collection.
This cookbook boasts having “make-ahead, easy, healthy lunches to go”. The book covers the basics of packing a bento box and features recipes such as the Fish with Cheesy Gratin Bento and Marinated Vegetables.
The Moosewood Restaurant is a plant-based farm-to-table restaurant in Ithaca, New York. They are known for their tasty vegetarian eats, and this cookbook is packed with breakfast foods, appetizers, pizzas, stews, entrees, and more. Pasta with Avocado Pesto and a Spring Potpie are among the recipes you’ll find here.
