Meeting Rooms

LOOKING FOR A MEETING SPACE?

Six meeting rooms and two computer training classrooms are available at HEPL, offering amenities such as audiovisual equipment, wireless Internet, and kitchenette access (upon request). HEPL staff will approve room selections; we reserve the right to make or change room assignments as space dictates. Every effort will be made to accommodate as many groups as possible.

All activities held in the meeting rooms must be free of charge.  No money may be exchanged prior to, during or after an event. Tickets may not be sold nor donations or freewill offerings taken.  Endorsement of sales of a service or product is prohibited except in support of the Library. Private parties (e.g. birthdays, reunions, showers, etc.) are not permitted. Meeting rooms may not be used for private tutoring or individual study.

Both Fishers and Noblesville offer study rooms on the first floor that will accommodate groups of six or less. The rooms are first-come, first-served, and may not be reserved.
