FOL Board Approves Funding for Hamilton East Public Library Robotics Program

The Board of Directors of the Friends of the Library has approved funding for a HEPL – Noblesville, robotics program using Ozobots. This will be the first robotics program offered by the Noblesville branch, and it will be offered to help people learn about robotics and programming.

Ozobots are little programmable robots that are extremely versatile and adaptable. They blend the physical and digital worlds to make coding a little easier and a lot more fun. Ozobots are geared for ages 7-13 and are easily adaptable from beginner to advanced programming. They can follow lines drawn on paper and detect codes based on the color marker you use. A more advanced coder can use block coding to download programs into the Ozobot by simply touching it to the screen of the computer or tablet.

More information on this program will be coming soon!
