When sorting through your family history, answers can often be found by looking through census records. But where are these records and how can you use them? This seminar will explore the background history of the census records, where to find them, and how to use the information found on the records in tracking your ancestors. Registration is required.

One Stroke Painting:

Where: Fishers Library at Fishers East

This class will be taught by Marilyn Tentler, a level II OSCI Donna Dewberry One Stroke Instructor. There is a $25 fee for this class which covers all materials and is payable at the time of class. You will learn to blend, shade and highlight with one stroke and leave with a finished project. We must have a minimum of six people to run the class and there is a class limit of 12 students. Fishers Story Time

This is a drop-in Story Time for all ages and their families. We will read stories at 10:00 followed by an open craft time until noon.

Adult Basic Education/High School Completion

Where: Noblesville Library at Community Education Classroom

The Adult Basic Education classes work with students who want to take the High School Completion test (previously the GED, now the TASC), want to work on basic skills for job advancement, or who are already graduates and need to brush up on skills for college preparation. Students should be prepared to do several hours of homework each week, in addition to attending all classes.


Section 1 - Noblesville Library, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Section 2 - Noblesville Library, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-9 p.m.
Section 3 - Westfield Middle School, Mondays and Wednesdays, 5-8 p.m.

Fishers Bunny Hop

This creative playtime is for babies birth through 2 yrs. We'll share stories, songs, and rhymes followed by time to play! Siblings are welcome.

Noblesville Storytime

Storytime is for older toddlers through preschoolers and their caregiver. Sing, play and listen to stories followed by an activity or craft. Our programs are designed to include STEAM activities, help young children develop the skills they will need to be ready to read, and encourage the development of fine and gross motor skills.
